The quality of the shorts is great! Personally I've had excellent experience with the support team. For one order, a pair of shorts was no longer available so the support team gave me store credit right away. Once I ordered the wrong size and same, contacted support and got help instantly. I recommend joining their discord account as they tend to be more active there and could get help faster. Overall, I think this is a great company and can't wait for the new chapters, designs, and products.
