Had my card declined at this site. Plenty of money in account. Called bank and they said this site was flagged as high risk by their system. As others have said, they show a product in stock and take you card info, then next page says out of stock. They create an account for you without your permission and hold your information. Shady business. Thanks to my bank, I took my money elsewhere.

clear bait and switch with products. was in the process of ordering pest control for my small business, which was listed as in stock on their site, only to be told it was out of stock after putting in all of my businesses credit card, address, and shipping info. i am in the process of filing multiple formal complaints for deceptive and dark practices.

THE WORST COMPANY TO GET THESE KINDS OF PRODUCTS FROM. I ultimately paid 5-10 dollars extra per item on Amazon after this whole issue with then and I’m honestly happy with that decision because these people are the WORST. DONT EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!

The product I ordered says it was shipped but the FedEx tracking only shows that a label was created, over a week ago. Contacted customer support twice, and I have not heard back from them.

Purchased online product. During checkout it asked a weird question about do you want to purchase insurance on the shipping. I checked no. After a week still had not received my package, checked the tracking and it showed only label created but no further tracking info. Contacted them and they said they could not refund because I did not purchase shipping insurance. I told them tracking didn't even show accepted by carrier. They said no refund and no replacement. What a SCAM!!! How can you say you won't refund when you didn't even show proof you gave it to a carrier. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
