Bought 2 x products ,have not delivered either, nor refunded for either. They have gone silent & posted on their website "Ordering is paused while a logistical issue is being investigated. Browsing is unaffected" Not to be trusted sadly & bad communicators pity as good website & pricing .

Do not buy from these cowboys I was sent 1 tesamorelin vile out instead of the 2 I asked for i was assured the remaining 1 would be sent out within the week. Its been 4 weeks now ive sent numerous emails with no responce and now im nearly £80 out of pocket.dont deal with thieves

I was locked out of the website I called. I emailed. I spoke to supposedly the director or the owner. Her name is Christina. She assured me this would be corrected and they would help me out. I emailed them five days ago and spoke to them on the phone almost the whole day and they still haven’t helped me and they haven’t responded. Now I can’t even call them. It goes to a busy signal. Do not use this company!!

Placebo products and terrible customer service. Beware of Atomik Lab too which is same company. When you question product, you are banned.

I have been a customer for almost 3 years between Solution Peptides and their sister company, AtomikLabz, who sells tirzepatide. Their product has always worked. I asked a question and used myself and my husband in the wording and have now been banned from buying. I have sent hundreds of people to them. Here is what I received as a response to my question. I received to vials of peptides AOD, both are from the same batch. I reconstituted 1 vial it was cloudy, so contacted them , told them I would like a refund. I offered to send both vials back. Their response was I should have used their brand of bac water, seriously.? The brand I'm using is Parrox which is a good brand. I have bought from several different vendors with no issue on product. I sent them a picture of the cloudy vial also. They told me it's ok to use cloudy product. I call BS on this company. I should have read their reviews first!

They are the biggest scam company out there! They have charged my card close to $200 I received no products and they will not refund my money!!! It’s a scam do not buy from them!!!

I have been ordering peptides from this company for over a year now. I find their products to be fast shipped and excellent quality. I have done my research and cannot locate another company with cheaper pricing. So I def give them 5 stars! 🤩
