Why oh why didn't I review these people before I got burned with over $2000 AUD. 1) Incomplete order! 2) No responce from emails! 3) Bet they are using up the 30 day policy as I'm in Australia. 4) Paid tax, import duites etc on over $500 USD of parts never sent!

Really bad customer service. I purchased 3 SuperSprox rear sprockets for my DRZ 400SM. Either the parts were shipped/labeled in error, or the were not manufactured correctly. Granted, they say there's a 30 day return policy, but I didn't open the packages for a little over 60 days. The parts do NOT fit. SoloMotoParts gives their 30 day return policy as the reason for refusing a refund. I can't say I ever recall a business sticking to the letter of their policy when it was the business that screwed up. As it stands, I can't even sell them on EBay, since I don't know what hey fit. Thanks!

Ordered a seat for my bike. Upon receiving my order, I open the box and surprise! It was the wrong material. Got in touch with a representative and was told they would rectify the situation. Here it is two weeks later and crickets. No one will return my calls or emails. Now I’m stuck with this seat, and no way to return it for a refund. This seems to be their standard of practice. If you need to buy parts online, take your time and exhaust all options before giving this company your hard earned money. They will let you down

Ordered some bar ends through them. Paid $70 for it. Got nothing. I called them to see if they can ship me another set or refund me. They said it’s my problem to deal with the post office. Now I I’m out $70 and nothing to show for it. Their customer service is garbage. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Once they get your money they really can care less about you.

Ordered Tank Bag with Tank ring. Only received Tank Bag. Customer service is none existent, they don't care about their customers. No one is answering the phones, I called 3 times. At same time I started sending emails (3), every time I got an answer with we are escalating this, after a week, no response. On my 3rd email I asked for partial refund for the tank ring, again it was forwarded to manager this time, NO ANSWER. DO NOT BUY, STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, CUSTOMER SERVICE NONE EXISTENT AND RETURN ITEM IS NONE EXISTENT EITHER.

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They do not answer their phones or return emails in a timely manner. I ordered a product that they had reported was in stock but actually wasnt. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get a refund as they would not even respond. These people are awful...

I ordered 4 items for $700. I received two parts that were $18 each, and did not receive the 2 saddlemen seats I ordered. I called and emailed for 2 weeks, never received a reply. I had to call my credit card company to get my money back. Avoid like the plaque!

Placed an order for some accessories many weeks ago. Never received any updates beyond the initial order confirmation. Upon looking at the order status on their site today they have listed it as "refunded". I've never received any communication from them regarding this status change, so now three days before my sons birthday I'm only finding out he won't be getting the gift I planned to give him. This is a horrible way to do business and insanely insensitive to a customer.
