I was very please with the level of service but I wonder if I was encouraged to go with a safe bet vs where I could have beeen accepted

It was very helpful to have my counselor for essay writing especially - she really took away a lot of the stress of writing essays and helped me come up with good frameworks for essays in an easy and painless way compared to the usual writer's block. Something I found especially nice as a student was that my counselor always made sure that the things I was writing felt authentic. She helped me use my genuine thoughts and interests when writing essays so it felt more natural and comfortable, and I think that came across in my essays as well which made them more interesting to admissions officers. She was great at checking in with me regularly and I appreciated how organized she was so that I was on track and I started all my applications with time to spare. She also helped me make a good decision on where to apply ED so I could maximize my chances while still reaching high. Definitely a good experience and I would recommend it.

The Solomon experience overall was great and proved to be successful; however, I feel as though experiences may vary. For me, it was difficult at points since my consultant was not too hands on with my work and was too easy/less critical with feedback. They also left out key information sometimes in regards to the college list supplied and my criteria. I would recommend Solomon to those who start as early as possible to ensure a better return on investment.
