The processing and shipping were fast. I was a little concerned when the box arrive and looked like it was in a trash compactor, but thats on UPS. Its up and running and seem to work fine. The product package was unharmed and the unit was well protected in a precision cut foam insert. Looking for another miner as I am writing this.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the customer service that I received. I just bought a Nexus Miner s1-4 from them. Ordered it on the 27th. Just got it on the 1st. Super fast shipping in the United States. Got a bunch of free swag including a dope coffee cup. I was checking his website everyday while I was waiting for it to ship because I'm like that lol. I noticed that the stand in his pictures had changed to a one I like better. I was able to text him as one of the forms of contact and he immediately responded and Said he had thought about asking me after I ordered but didn't and then offered to send me out the new stand for free. I just had to swap it out myself. That should arrive Friday. I can't tell you how many times in the recent past I have gone into a business or done business with the company and it just feels like they're going through the motions and don't really give a shit about the customer, just the money that you're giving them. Don't even get me started on AliExpress. 🤣 This was not the case. 110% recommend If you're in the US. Not sure how fast the shipping would be if you live outside of it.
