SologenicReviews of sologenic.com

Yesterday when I opened my Sologenic wallet realized tjere were 358 less XRP and 358 USD added to an USD account, I freaked out and bought as much XRP as I could and took them out to a different wallet, Then opened a ticket, still waiting response, and just saw there is a bunch of opened tickets with similar issues,

The worse NFT platform ever. They don't allow you to mint until you burn enough solo. Then your still jumping through hoops. Your exploiting people.

This is a potential scam company. Reasons listed below: Out dated information on their website by 6 to 12 months at least. Their road map is out dated and incomplete They state you can trade tokenised assets and commodities on their dex which is not possible. They promise the future with hardly any working product. Their telegram group does not address issues, more so just bickering and super unprofessional. If you say something they don't like they ban you from the telegram group with no explanation. It reminds me exactly of Indus Exchange on XLM which was a full on scam. Many fake telegram accounts just there to prop up the numbers.

SOLO airdrop for XRP holders was supposed to take place. The Exchange I use participated but no airdrop received. The exchange confirmed by email that they had not received an update on the airdrop from SOLO Core Team, Sologenic was CC'd to the email. No response came from Sologenic. Additionally, I personally wrote two emails to Sologenic - three weeks later still no response. I attempted to contact Sologenic via their Telegram group and faced poor and aggressive support. One of the two active admins (James) was extremely rude! There were mismatching updates provided by the two active admins, and thus the admins were making statements short of clarity. Admin James would refuse to acknowledge issues and aggressively pushed false statements, such as categorically insisting that Sologenic responds to all emails, which evidently is not the case. The admin stated that if I didn't get a response I used a wrong email address (I used two email addresses both published on Sologenic website where presumably the information is correct), however I was not allowed to respond to this admin’s message, as the admin blocked me with some aggressive final words that he later deleted. In fact, the admins later deleted some of their own rude messages as well as my raised concerns/complaints to portray Sologenic in an artificially orchestrated more positive light – I saved some screenshots for evidence. As they blocked me I could not respond to the incorrect or misleading responses made by admin (some of which are now deleted by the admin themselves) or participate in an honest dialogue or conversation. Instead of resolving an issue Sologenic would prefer to block people’s communications who raise an issue. Such practices are manipulative and misleading. This is a bad sign and questions the brand’s ethics. Ultimately, that says it all about the Sologenic brand and who they really are and what kind of support one should expect if an issue arises. A brand that uses bully tactics is a brand unworthy of trust. May be aggressive commercial practices at play here as well. Truly disappointed.
