SolidWPReviews of solidwp.com

This review is for the Support team over at SolidWP. I've been a member of SolidWP since 2013, and I can't speak highly enough about their support team. Over the years, their support has been nothing short of top-notch. The team is always friendly, extremely helpful, and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues I encounter. Whether it's a minor tweak or a more complex problem, they handle everything with professionalism and a smile. SolidWP's support team truly sets them apart in the industry. Highly recommended!

Instructions provided by Solid support allowed me to promptly fix my problem.

Excellent customer service by Matt Musselman today. Our agency has been a long time user of iThemes / Solid WP and have never had issues. Solid product. Solid service. Recommended.

Kevin helped me troubleshoot some serious backup problems because of the way things had been set up with ithemes (the original company). Patient and kind... very human help and support! I highly recommend Solid Backups. I am very pleased. Matt also assisted me with my account information. Thank you Kevin and Matt!

great support the team did solve my problem

Quick responses that gave real troubleshooting. Found a solution quickly.

Super patient and helped me fix a recurring problem I've been dealing with for a while.

I was having a multitude of issues on dozens of websites. Much of it was inconsistent and difficult to narrow down. The Support team worked with me for a while to help me diagnose my problems. Their response time and attention to detail were impressive. Ultimately, it was determined that the caching plugin I was using was causing most of my issues. Even after we solved it, their support team reached out to see if everything was functioning properly. You don't see this kind of dedication to support from most software companies. SolidWP has gone above and way beyond.
