They delivered but at what cost
This is a summarized version of my experience with SolidworksAssignmentHelp but to also keep it spontaneously kept information out. Made a review and an account because of how much this experience had affected me and the reviews that sound too good to be true. For those who procrastinate (need it in about 1-2 days) I wouldn't say this should be the first website to go to and be prepared for a hefty price (~100) depending how complicated your work is. They completed the task and eventually delivered what was requested, which is the only reason I am giving any stars. However, the overall experience was honestly frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. The deadline had already passed, and I had to reach out myself for updates instead of being clearly informed about what was going on. When I did reach out, I was told the work was still in progress, but I also felt pressured to pay more than the original agreed price even though the order had already been paid for. That felt extremely unfair and unprofessional, especially because the price and deadline had already been settled. When I asked about canceling or getting a refund because the work was late, the response was confusing and made the whole situation feel even worse. Their website says refunds or cancellations may be allowed for missed deadlines or failure to deliver, but it felt like that was brushed aside once I brought it up. Instead of feeling heard, I felt dismissed and pushed into accepting the order because it was “almost done” and that it was already paid for. The final product was mostly accurate, but there were still mistakes that I fixed myself because I did not want to deal with customer service again after that experience. Overall, they may be able to deliver the work eventually and I will agree it is pretty impressive work done very well, but the lack of communication, missed deadline, unclear refund process, and pressure around pricing made the process feel stressful, disrespectful, and unreliable. I would recommend looking at other options first, especially if timing, communication, and clear pricing matter to you.
