I like the whole idea of Solid State, I live in North Carolina so home grown cotton transformed into t-shirts locally is fabulous. I wish they were organic but this is a start and that may come in the future. I like the shirt, the knit, the color ( I got the blue) and the shape. I believe in grass roots and supporting local businesses and I am tired of poor quality clothing and I want American made, made to last, to grow more comfy as it ages. So thank you for starting this project and please make it last.

Made in the USA with worker empowerment - it's a winning combination. I'm delighted with my shirt: soft, nice weight, good fit. While I buy most of my clothes secondhand (frugality and environmental impact), I feel really good about buying from Solid State.

Got my shirt today - bought just one to "test the waters". Will be back for more! Fabric has a great hand and lovely drape. Solid well made shirt. My shirt got swallowed up by the great Christmas shipping wave of 2020 so it was a long time coming. That was out of the hands of Solid-state . In fact they did a partial refund cause of the wait. Great product and great company.

Shirts arrived more than 1.5 months late. Disappointing communication from SS regarding the delay. This is main reason that I did not rate the overall experience a 5. Shirts look and feel great right out of the box. Top quality! Great fit. This is what I expect for a $40 t-shirt. Haven't washed them yet, so this is a big test. Not expecting shrinkage since the shirts are garment-dyed. Red shade is more of a Crimson rather than what I call Red. Love the Solid State story! Happy to support the business.

I have not received my shirts at this time, but my stock certificate came immediately. I’m looking forward to spring when we get to chose our size and color of shirt. So glad to support NC farmers and manufacturers.

My order still hasn't arrived even though I ordered it many weeks ago.
