Response from SolidKingsIncMay 2, 2026

After thoroughly reviewing your case, we can confirm that no successful purchase was completed under your account. Our payment systems flagged and declined your transaction during checkout — not due to any issue on our end, but because the payment method provided was identified as associated with fraudulent activity by our fraud detection systems. As a result, no order was created and no product was owed or withheld. For the security of our platform and our customers, we do not process payments that are flagged by our systems in this manner. This is a necessary measure to protect the integrity of our service. We kindly ask that reviews reflect an accurate account of your experience. Leaving a negative review for a purchase that was declined due to you having a flagged payment method is misleading to other customers and does not reflect the quality of service we provide to our many satisfied customers who transact with us successfully every day. Sincerely, The SolidKingsInc. Team
