AVOID!! .I ordered their new bra. Waited 3 weeks for delivery . Then got an email saying delivered. Which it wasn't. Royal mail said they hadn't received it from there courier to be delivered. I told solidifyk this . They said I would have to dispute with courier company to get my money back. I went to paypal and got a refund. Paypal are looking into their company , as I'm not the only one had problems with this

The bra size on their chart is way off, I ordered the largest size and bra won't fit a teenager, I request a refund and was offered £2 if I kept the bras or return to China at a cost which was more than the cost of the bras AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I wish I had looked at the reviews.... Delivery took absolutely ages Then the two bras I ordered were completely the wrong size. Apparently they don't even keep track of order numbers, and refuse to refund .... I did not even waist my time trying to get anywhere with them, when you see how many bad reviews they have

Ordered item 31/7/23.Never arrived.Asked for a refund but they refused.Sent copy of email from Evri to confirm parcel lost but they still wouldn't refund me.. .Wanted me to pay a further £8.88 for them to send me a replacement.Told them no way.Told me that was there best offer.Again told them no way.Got on to my bank and they did a Chargeback .Got a full refund!

Ordered waterproof coming from Louissiana 23.8.23 tracked to Belfast 13.09.23 .I have emailed there customer service and customer service centre with all details and screen shots of order and tracking keep getting go back to the customer service centre I have done this 7 times no real answers frustrating!!

Obviously a SCAM company. 2 pair of jeans - 50 euro later, 2 pair of jeans with not even a button hole! On either pair. Shocking. Not what was advertised . Shocking quality . STAY AWAY! Do not buy

Avoid this company at all costs... goods received and were not true to uk sizing, asked to return goods and offered £2 off my order and refused returns. Absolutely disgusting customer care!! I have contacted CC about 20 times and just been ignored...

Avoid this so called company, purchased a dress in a lady’s uk large… it would not even fit a young child, dress took 6 weeks to be delivered with no updates , contacted the company to return the dress under the long distance selling act but was automatically refused and told to gift it … an impossible company to deal with . Selling faulty tat that is nothing like the pictures and videos that pop up on Facebook… avoid and spend your hard earned money in the uk or a company that has a return and exchange policy
