HORRIBLE!!! They reeled me in promising me everything and delivering NOTHING! They promised they’d be in contact with me all the time and the only time they ever contacted me was to discuss the first full payment to them. Once that was paid, I never heard from them again. I cancelled my service after only 3 weeks and never received any kind of a refund, which they advertise as guaranteed if we are not fully satisfied. I have emailed and called numerous times and left messages to discuss with no return calls or email. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!!!!! They will scam you out of even more money than the money you already owe!

At first there was a lot of communication about what to expect and what was going on. After my first two payments, I didn’t hear much. However, when I check the progress online I can see that my money to getting applied correctly. I can see that they are working with settling with the companies I owe and I stopped receiving collection calls from my creditors. Thank you for handing my accounts!

Amazing company and people to work with. They spell everything out for you and let you know how everything with the process is going to work!

Even though I personally had some slight issues in the process, my adviser Mike Odom was with me every step of the way. He took every call and cleared up any misunderstandings immediately. He was very reassuring and attentive. He made me feel good about the company and he never lost his cool with me. Just remember everything and every program is not for every body. But overall, I am satisfied. I would definitely recommend.

Seems like a scam. Enrolled with encompass recovery group. Make payments through RAM. Yet I get calls from solid ground financial. My acoount has not been updated with any info.

They are great they answer any questions or concerns you have if any they ease your mind. I will recommend to anyone who is in need!
