Upon signing up for the program I gave all of my information I was told by Representatives that everything was handled all drafts will be stopped meanwhile when I got paid all drafts continued which in turn made my account negative I was told to call the bank do a stop payment, but you need money to do a stop payment there's no money when your account is negative due to incompetent Representatives with this company when we discussed the problem the representative was upset because I canceled my program with them and sent a message threatening that the drafts will continue as well as legal why did he get mad because he ruined my account telling me everything was fine and set up to stop drafts meanwhile I paid all my other bills out and the drafts came through which made me $1,000 negative in my bank account that I've had for over 12 years thank you very much. I will find a another source that'll handle everything better.

Easy to set up with terms and conditions being straightforward. Senior Counselor Jailene Hernandez was very helpful in answering questions and solving any issues that may have rose.

The process was pretty quick, and I was given good options. What I pay monthly now has really reduced my stress. The only con is that I like a more responsive approach with communication after the initial setup.
