I was referred by a friend of mine after having a bad experience with another company. I called right before they closed and spoke with Nicholas. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to explain the process and get me enrolled. He went above and beyond for me. I'm very happy to have spoken with someone I feel cares. I'm looking forward to being debt free from Pay Day loans thanks to this company and Nicholas help.

Solid ground is slow to get the accounts negotiated. I still have 2 credit cards that they still have not worked out a payment plan with and now the credit card companies are trying to file a court case for payments. If I did not have my other debt already in a payment plan I would pull out from this company. I have been dealing with this issue since June and now its October. Also payments to my other creditors started late September, so this company collected over 3 months of payments from me before they started truly working on my case.

My enrollment counselor is Charlie. He is so great!! He made the process super easy and fast and got everything I needed done in a matter of about 30 min. They work with you to get what’s best for you done and schedule payments that are flexible and easy to manage. I would definitely recommend Solid Ground!!
