Id like to retract my review if I may… I had put in a complaint to Solid ground financial, shortly I get a phone call from David Smith one of the managers. He fixed everything and acknowledged my complaint and not only did he hear me out, I was reimbursed my money immediately!! I was so pleased!! Thank you Mr. Smith, it was a pleasure doing business with you and I highly recommend your company do other people in my area. Thank you for helping me out. I recently set up with solid ground financial to help me regain and get back in control from a pay day loan cycle. My customer service agent who sets up enrollment was forthright, honest, diligent and always quick to respond to any and all questions I had related to this process and what they will assist with to help. I give him a 5 star for stellar customer service and the company 5 stars for everything they are doing for me, I have a huge weight lifted off of me thanks to this program and service. Jennifer was great and easy to work with. I wish I would've done this sooner! I thought this was going to be a time consuming and difficult process and it was the exact opposite. Jennifer was informative, helpful and never pushy which made it really easy for me. I work long days and was able to communicate via text and email which was super convenient. I dont have a bad thing to say about thia process.
