Solid Disk DirectReviews of soliddiskdirect.com

Refurbished - not new, 35% restocking fee. Ordered UNVR-Pro from their website through google link. No mentioned of condition - which under law/common sense means "new." Price was 15% off MSRP so not like it was a steal. Day after order - on a hunch - I contacted them to confirm it was new and asking them not to ship if it was not. No response. Few days later it ships. Through chat rep confirmed it was refurbished and if I want to return it there will be 35% restocking fee. I informed them that what they are doing is illegal - if product is refurbished website + order confirmation should indicate it (none did). They told me to refuse delivery - has been almost two weeks since order date - product still has not arrived. Will update review with progress.
