Super stoked with how our record came out, would definitely use again!

100% satisfied with the quality of production with my order of cassettes. They even went above the norm to adjust some thickness of text on my shell design proofs to make sure that they adhered properly in the etching process. Most companies, I feel, would just do it the way that proofs were approved and then say "this is what you approved." Those little extra steps make a big difference for me and they've certainly earned my loyalty for media production going forward. The estimated date of shipment/completion was bumped back a couple of times, but that's no big deal because the world is on fire in 2020.

Customer service was great! Product exceeded my expectations! Will definitely order more vinyl and since that order was so good, I'm looking to order some of their other products!

These folks are great! Printed three vinyl 45s and they were able to get them out even in COVID times

Solid Merch was very communicative ever step of the way and updated me on shipping whenever I would reach out. Product came out great, too. Would highly recommend.

Great pressing! Very happy with product and they were very communicative the whole time! We will be back!

I love the product. And I'm happy to have a place that does short runs.

Fantastic! Exceeded expectations! Many thanks for such a great job! The vinyl looks first class.
