Awesome communication and quicker than promised turnaround time.

Wallet material felt a bit flimsy, and artwork shifted a little more than expected. Nevertheless, the overall print and color looks gorgeous, though!

Overall I had a better experience than what most have described recently. ~2 month turnaround for 50 tapes. Everything looks/sounds great, and the 2 necessary reviews were done in a very reasonable amount of time. My only bit of feedback would be that SM could stand to improve their communication, especially when there are known delays due to COVID. I had to email them a few times to get an update on ship time when the original shipping date was delayed by 2+ weeks. After having to contact them they responded promptly/honestly, and the tapes arrived literally one day before my deadline. Not sure I’d use them again, but pretty decent experience when they were essentially the only option!

I expressed some concern about the quality of the print when I received the proofs and was reassured it would turn out fine. The print was slightly distorted in color proving my concern to be true. Despite this error, I was pleased with the overall product and customer service experience. I would recommend to others.

Great product, sounds awesome, design came out flawless. The only downside was that production took a while but that likely can't be helped. I'd definitely use again.

The overall service is awesome and solid merch is my go to for my pressings, vinyl, cds and beyond :) The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars is I feel there could be more clarity when it comes to the "random" color vinyl option. I'd add a note saying there is a chance the whole run could be 1 color. I interpreted the option as several random colors . Other than that I'm giving 97%!

The 4 month wait was unfortunate but otherwise, everything else was great.
