You Nailed It! I had a complicated 6 panel 2-CD package with intricate artwork and 2 dozen pictures. We did encounter some IT problems along the way, but they were addressed immediately. Communication was a little difficult at times, but honestly, they did call me back or respond every time I asked them to do so. In today's world, in this business, that is very very good. Looking back, even with these challenges, I've moved from a 4 star up to a 5 star rating because the end product is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! It is 100% exactly what I asked them to do! I made a few upgrades that totally worked and I'm really happy about. There was no damage in shipping and they arrived a day earlier than expected! WELL DONE!
