Customer service was great and the process was simple and fast. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the quality of the pressing. Black 180g vinyl, but it pops a lot.

All good except I did pay for someone to review/manage/check the project. The metadata does not show on the tracks and I’m disappointed about that. This is kind of thing I would have hoped would be caught be someone overseeing the project.

Overall good experience and communication. The cassettes and packaging look great! I would've liked a little more guidance & direction on putting together the artwork as that seemed to be the only hurdle.

Did an express vinyl package of 100 records. Very pleased with the look and feel. Came quickly and all boxes were packed well.

Order nicely fulfilled and received a day early but the communication was nil otherwise 5 stars. A follow up to see if new customers/clients would like to reorder and waive the cost of setup fees for additional orders would be nice but there isn't any follow up other than this review request.

Ordered vinyl sleeves.. Unfortunately the album art did not come out cropped the way it was intended, too much bleed left in on the bottom and not centered.. I went back and reviewed what I approved was off center. I reached out to Solid Merch and their customer care team helped quickly to rectify the problem. They are quick responders and really easy to work with. Save your self some trouble and reach out to the Solid Merch staff with your initial order to assist with the proofing step/providing feedback to catch any art cropping/design flaws before sending to the printers. My recommendation for improvement: implement a design proof step similar to VistaPrint or DiscMakers. A 3D proofing step would be helpful for the average customer with little graphic design experience.

Turnaround excellent, printing beautiful, materials have a quality feel, music reproduction good. I opted for the fast-turnaround 200 units with no test presses. So I suppose I shouldn’t be too shocked that the music reproduction was not absolutely perfect. In every space between songs on my record, there is some crackling, as though noise is being incompletely gated away. And the reverb tails of two of the tracks are cut off a couple of seconds early. I am quite happy with how the main body of the songs themselves sounds — the only problems I can find lie at the margins between songs. Give yourself plenty of time in your production process to get the test presses. I’m convinced that had I had two rounds of test presses to make sure this problem was taken care of, this review would be 5 stars.
