Hi Edward, We take your concerns very seriously and want to resolve this quickly. We couldn’t find an order under your name—sometimes orders are placed with different details. Could you please send us your order number at [email protected] or by phone at +1 (415) 938-9366, and mention that you left a review on Trustpilot? That will help us identify your case faster so we can take action right away, including providing a full refund if necessary.
