The Solentro site was user friendly and all was good until production. I needed this for a birthday gift and shipping to the US. The site says 1-2 weeks, but I did not know if that included ship time. The site does not give any details about shipment method or shipment time, so I asked customer service. They could not give me that information either. (?) I asked if I could pay extra for expedited production and/or shipment. They do not offer that and said they would mark my order as "pressing". It was produced in the normal timeframe. There is no visibility online regarding production progress, ship date or ship method (thus no way to calculate arrival date), but, thankfully, they did provide tracking information upon request. I now appreciate even more the US companies that are able to produce and ship in a matter of a few days, plus I can see online exactly when/how my package has been shipped and will be delivered. Solentro produces a nice product, but the production and shipping information and timeframe could be improved.

The whole experience of making this book for my best friend was amazing. It made me feel like i was a writer and I was able to pour my heart out and not feel rushed and make the book just the way i wanted it to be. it came out better than i could imagine. Im so happy i was able to make this with the help of Solentro.

I wrote a storybook for my young child. Overall I'm incredibly satisfied with the finished product. The website was easy to navigate and the templates were simple to use. However, I did find that I disliked the templates as provided- the picture sizes were odd and cropping was difficult. Additionally, spacing the text on the page was not ideal. In the end though, the quality of product I received was great and I am very happy with the final book.

I found the text pages easy to use, however I must agree with another reviewer who said that creating the cover for the book was confusing. The cover sheet that I typed my title on had a design on half the page yet I now think that the cover of my book will be all blank on top with the tile below the middle which will look very awkward. I thought this design would be on the cover since the other text pages were blank. I'll just have to wait and see.

Shouldn't charge to take Solentro promotional messages off of the book.

They did all the work for you. It was *SO* easy to use and the book turned out amazing!! And, it shipped in NO time! Seriously, one of the best experiences ever!

So happy with how my books came out. They were a compilation of love letters my father had found after my mother's passing. Ranging from their high school years, my father's military years and after us kids were born and dad worked out of town for the railroad. The program was so easy to use, I simply copied and pasted the letters I had already typed in WORD. I intend to gift a book to each of my five siblings once my 84 year old father is gone. The books are very professionally done, and I couldn't be happier. They are beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend Solentro.
