I was very pleased with my Solentro experience, and I plan to use it again. I had no previous experience with self-publishing, but I was able to create the book I wanted. I'm a moderately skilled computer user, and with only one or two hiccups was able to navigate Solentro's templates to get my desired outcome. The finished book was exactly as promised, and it arrived surprisingly quickly. I had such a good time with the whole experience that I'm already planning other projects I can create on Solentro. I wish the site offered more options in book sizes and page templates. When it wasn't clear to me how to do what I wanted, I would have appreciated a chat function to streamline figuring out the answer, instead of going through FAQs and experimenting on my own. Still, these are fairly minor quibbles; and in the end, I was delighted with the book that resulted.

The company was great. There was a minor glitch and when I contacted them it was resolved quickly. I will definitely use them again and have already referred friends to them.

Absolutely nothing short of amazing! My Gram wrote her life story before she passed away at 99 years young. Just typing and stapling pages together didn’t seem right. I finally found your site through a google search and read lots of reviews about the business. I decided to give it a try and I ended up getting 10 books printed and they are better than I ever could have imagined. My Gram would have loved the way they turned out. Thank you for the great work that you do to make these books so beautiful.

Great site to create your book. Very helpful customer service. After losing about 60 pages of my typing one night, I emailed them and they responded promptly and recovered it by the next morning. The only reason for four stars is they are a little expensive when you get ready to print the book. I have had to put off my printing for now. But would definitely use them again.

Had one request for resend of PDF and it was handled immediately! Very impressive. Lots of integrity for this time of company. I could not be more pleased! My book of poems for my wife bought me a few "hall passes" as well. ;)
