I was absolutely delighted with your service and the quality of the product! The site was very user friendly and I look forward to using your company again in the future. I provided 4 stars, for what I normally would consider a 5 star review. I attribute this to the fact, I wasn't permitted to obtain the discount for ordering two books. I had to send the books to, two different addresses. I sent an email prior to ordering, inquiring where on the order could the second address be listed. I received a timely response, informing the order would need to be placed separately. There was no mention that in doing so, I could not obtain the discount. I only learned this in placement of my order. As, stated before, the experience was excellent, and I will use again, but I was disappointed not to obtain the two for discount price.

Third book I have ordered from Solentro. I am impressed with the quality, tools and shipping.

Creating the product was easy and the end product was beautiful but for small no. prints it’s quite expensive

It was a bit expensive but the final product looked very nice. I do wish the that proofreading and text layout tools were a bit more robust.

I can't say enough positive things about Solentro! I had hours of cassette tapes of my dad reminiscing about his childhood that I transcribed into a Word document. After researching online printing companies, I settled on Solentro. I was worried about formatting and uploading and all of those intimidating electronic issues, but it was so simple! I did have a couple of questions, and Solentro's customer service department returned my emails within hours, always with a solution to my problem. My books arrived several days ahead of schedule, and they are outstanding. Even the photos that received quality warnings look amazing. I will absolutely use Solentro again, and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends. A great experience and a wonderful product!!

I wanted to find an affordable way to create a hardcover book for my daughter that included different short stories and photographs. Solentro was easy to use and the quality was excellent. Highly recommended!
