Top-notch quality & excellent customer service

To be honest, I wasn't expecting such high quality. I wanted to give my son a glimpse into what his writings could look like if he were to get serious with his story telling. He's 12 and I was looking for a creative way to encourage more writing. Needless to say, when he received his book, he could not take the grin off his face. He wanted to start selling his book and other people, when he shared it, wanted to purchase a copy. Thanks, Solentro. We will be doing business again...

I was looking for an option to write a very personal, close to our hearts book for a family member. The entire process from choosing a template, getting customer service response to questions, to the mailed finished book was seamless. And the book is beautiful. Thank you!

I made a book for my sister about her life. Both she and I were thrilled with the results. Everyone we have shown it to has been impressed with the quality and content of it. I found that making it was relatively easy I hope to use Solentro to make other books.

I was looking for a site that would allow narrative with some pictures. Many sites are geared for making photo books. I was very pleased when I found Solentro! I did not find the site easy to navigate -- the editing tools are very basic. The help screens are not helpful at all, but the customer support (via email) was helpful in the times that I emailed them. I got the job done, but they really need to increase the site's ability to edit text and to have more template layouts. You can create your own page layouts but once made, I could find no way to edit them (resizing pictures, changing the layout of text, etc). I was very pleased with the completed project and what I saw on the screen is what was produced (and in quality form). I would use them again, but would really like more editing capability and the ability to adjust photos and text.
