I specifically checked shipping times before paying $65 for a SINGLE book to be printed. Their site said (shipping within the US) which leads you to believe they are a US based company. Their site also specified that if you ordered before the 16th of December (8pm PST) you would receive your product before Christmas... well here we are the 22nd and my order is still in SWEDEN!!! My order was placed the 14th. Very frustrated to say the least... DO NOT promise something on your website when you know that it cannot be delivered by that date. That is false advertisement and leads people to make orders with you that you cannot fulfill on your end in the promised time frame. You can search Google and see that this is something your company offers every year it seems.

I am very pleased with Solentro. I have had 3 separate books with several copies printed with them and they did an excellent job.

I made 3, 300 page Books with Solentro for Christmas over the last couple of months. Each book got better but only because I improved on my end each time. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome!!!

The site was very easy to use, and the finished product pretty impressive for an amateur publication. We used a lot of colored photographs which were crisp and clear, including those that were flagged for possible problems. The facility with which I could add or subtract pages and upload photographs made the whole project much easier. There were a couple of things that I'd like to see. One is a better HELP function with questions and answers. Sometimes I had to read a whole page through before I figured out what I needed to do. Also, (and I don't know how you'd fix this), I ended up using a larger font and therefore editing text (sometimes pretty severely) because I couldn't figure out how the font size would translate to the printed page. Using the preview function really didn't help with that dilemma. Everything turned out fine in the end, but I didn't really need to spend the time editing that I did. More text and size 8 or size 10 font would have been fine.

I reordered a book that i published w/ Solentro last year. I did some editing and changed a few things. I was so happy w/ the results last year and am, once again, happy w/ the results. The books arrived in wonderful shape, packaged very well, w/ all of my corrections in place. I'm grateful that you leave our work on your site for future changes and i may try another "book" before too long. Thanks !!!

Once I figured out how to navigate the website, things were easy and seamless. Order arrived timely and I was pleased with the final product. My project was small - a few pages of transcribed notes my mother had written about her childhood and some pictures. I did a small spiral bound booklet to give to my kids - it was beautiful!
