I created a poetry book for my uncle for Christmas this year, probably one of the most heartfelt gifts I have ever made for anyone. I ordered my books about a little over a week ago and received them today (I live in the US). They were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, they were more beautiful than I had even imagined and I could not be happier. I was so worried I had ordered them too late and because of holiday shipping delays they wouldn’t get here by Christmas, but they got here so fast I was amazed. This book is so special to me I almost hugged the FedEx guy who delivered them. Thank you Solentro and FedEx for all your hard work, you are going to make this a very special Christmas for my family. I will 10000% be using this company again and I absolutely recommend it everyone. It is absolutely worth the money. THANK YOU!!!

Nous venons de recevoir nos albums ( 5 volumes: 1 original et 4 copies), à partir de notre commande tout à été très vite et nous sommes contents, travail soigné et sérieux. Nous n'avons ouvert qu'un seul livre car les autres seront donnés à Noël, mais ils seront certainement aussi bien que le livre ouvert. Merci à toute l'équipe qui est très réactive et nous a donné satisfaction. Le site est bien conçu et facile d'utilisation .

This was a really fun way to create a meaningful gift for both my daughter and daughter in law that included advice from friends and family! The final product was high quality and something we all eagerly display for others to browse. Using the website to put together the book had all the tools needed, with pre-formatted page templates and lots of additional options. I had a couple questions during the process, and customer service was quick to reply. While my order was delayed by the delivery service for several days, the books eventually made it in time for the baby shower I wanted to present it at, and it was very well received. I'd highly recommend Solentro to others!

Reasonably easy interface to figure out, and the printed quality was good. Glossy cover option was nice, too. Product arrived in about 10 days though shipped from overseas--give yourself lots of lead time.

Great experience, was able to track my order thru the whole process. Shipping was within a reasonable time frame. Book turned out beautifully.

The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is the lack of customer service. Other people said the same thing on their review but that the end product was great, so I crossed my fingers & went with it. You're on your own, but if you can figure it out it's worth it. Our project was a birthday book for our 85 year old mother/grandmother, but not a picture book/photo album so this company fills a niche no other company seems to fill. Fun backgrounds, colorful pages & fonts. I like that I could preview the book while working on it. Turns out the company is out of Sweden so that might explain the lack of customer service, but the book made it to me ok and shipping cost was not out of line.
