SCAMMERS. What a true disgrace. Made my purchase Friday 20th Feb, got next day delivery. Made my order at a reasonable time of the day. Emailed on 28th Feb regarding my order not arriving. They assured me it will be arriving in the upcoming week. It's now 5th march. I not convinced. I've lost £55 to these thieves.

Scam company, take your money and never ship the items. Tried to contact numerous of times but no reply, all their 5 star reviews have been bought.

I placed an order (#1294) and waited nearly three weeks without receiving valid tracking information. During that time, I was told multiple times that tracking would update “tomorrow” or “next week,” which did not happen. A DHL tracking number was eventually created, but the status remained at “Shipment information received,” indicating the parcel had not been handed over. Shortly after, the order was refunded without explanation. While I did receive my money back, the lack of transparency and repeated delays were disappointing.

This company will tell you that "the collection is popular" to keep you waiting for ages for products that will never be shipped. This is just a giant scam with good advertising. I recommend everyone to buy your clothes elsewhere.

Never shipped the clothing after waiting 10 days. Looked nice on pictures but never got to see the real thing.

Bought 3 items a week ago. Told I would get the clothing within 2-3 days. Nothing and have emailed 3 times and no response. Shocking! Thieves is all I can say. Disgusting company taken just under £100 and received nothing. Awful Robbery at its finest.

I have yet to receive my order. The estimated delivery time was 2–3 days. I contacted customer support regarding the delay, but after three weeks, the shipment has still not arrived.
