Do not order from them they are a scam. Purchased my order in April 3 never received any information apart from you have received your order. A few weeks later no shipping update until I enquired about my order then they send a shipping update but my order hasn’t left. It was the same story for 2 months. They will communicate with you until you cancel order and ask for a refund. I still haven’t received my money back. Do not order from them!

I’ve been waiting for my order since July 2nd. I contacted the shop to ask about the status of the order, since I had selected express shipping. They asked if it would be okay to ship the items next week. I said no, because we had chosen express shipping and were going on vacation next week. The order was cancelled that very second—I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Arnaque.

Website is a scam. Ordered 1st June, then visited Trustpilot on the 2nd June, saw all the bad reviews. Asked them to cancel my order. Over a month later, my order still says 'Waiting for details..' no cancellation, no order received, no refund. DO NOT order from here.

I placed an order because the checkout explicitly promised "UPS Express" delivery. Instead, the shop shipped my item via "UPS Worldwide Expedited" – a much slower economy service. As a result, my package got stuck at the international hub over the holiday weekend and arrived days late. When I contacted support, their response was incredibly disrespectful. They told me that "UPS Express" is just the default name in their system for all orders, and since shipping was free for me, I shouldn't complain. They even suggested I should just "refuse the delivery" if I'm not happy. Absolute textbook case of bait-and-switch advertising. Good products mean nothing if the business model relies on misleading customers and terrible service.

Ordered a few pieces a week prior to going abroad for a month and had opted for next day delivery. Got no follow up confirmation of shipping etc and had emailed after 3 days, was told I would have to wait so asked for a refund as I’ll be abroad when it arrives. The replies were quick and was told a refund is no problem, this took 6 weeks for the refund after advising I would get advice from trading standards. They always reply quick but that’s the only credit I can give. It’s a shame as a cool brand and designs but just don’t deliver
