Here's why I'd advise avoiding buying from RAWS: - I bought three pairs of shorts, which provided me a discount, but i didn't realise until later that means no returns allowed. - Items are extremely small sized. I'm a 32-inch waist, I bought 'Medium' and couldn't even get the shorts over my thighs. No stretch to the waist band. - Quality of the product build was poorer than I expected. I didn't expect greatness given the price, but still disappointed. - Queried with their customer service over email, some initial responses said i could have store credit; but when asked how to get the store credit, no more responses from RAWS. Overall, disappointing product and operates like a cowboy business. No good.

£42 for what…a running vest, its so thin and cheaply made. Quality is very poor. Ive bought vests off Amazon for £8 better. Very disappointed. And size XL is tiny

Beware! These are scammers!! They send only 1 item or nothing at all, barely respond to emails, and eventually stop responding altogether, and are unreachable after that.. Your money is gone and you have no products.

Clear scam. Claiming interest on your payment. Take the order and the money, promise quick delivery. Then do nothing but bank the interest. When customer complains, cite "warehouse issues" or "made by hand takes time". More time passes, more interest. Only under threat of an update is the order cancelled and refund issued. Email exchange after 4 weeks and multiple promises of "shipping in next couple of days" ME: Two weeks later. I need an update or a refund, immediately. -Jon THEM (2 minutes later): We have processed a refund for your order, as we do not want you to wait any longer. We will notify you once the item is available to ship immediately and we will also provide you with a discount to order with.

I placed my order over 4 months ago after seeing their advertisements promising fast delivery. Four months later, I still haven’t received anything. All they do is keep you waiting with excuses: “We’re low on stock,” “The factory is having issues,” and then they offered me a 50% discount on a new order instead of delivering what I already paid for. When I asked for a refund, they came up with another story, claiming they were having problems with PayPal. Just excuse after excuse. In my opinion, this company is not trustworthy. Do not order from them. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and lost money.

It’s a massive scam – the parcels never arrive. Best to steer clear.

Then they sent only one item, supposedly not to make me wait for too long. But since then, no news from the other missing items. We are three months later, I claimed for a refund but nobody answers anymore. Worst customer services ever. Don’t buy from them.

Proper scam ,I ordered back in may ,still haven’t got it ,neither refund ! 55 pounds ! Don’t shop with them !
