The shipping company lost your package. That is the issue. We are going to send out another pair to you. Thanks

Highly Recommend & Will Be Purchasing Again!
was initially planning to purchase a pair of the obsidians off a reseller for DOUBLE the price but came across a tiktok video from Soled Out Kicks. was hesitant at first but definitely do not regret it at all! fast email responses times, provided pictures of my purchase before shipping them out, and everything was legit! shipping does take a while, however for the price they’re offering compared to others, definitely worth the wait. everything overall was a 10/10 experience and i will definitely look forward to purchasing from Soled Out Kicks again!
