What I needed at a reasonable cost

Useless, do not perform as advertised. Advertisement shows a nice size box of fasteners, but the actual box you receive is about the size of a deck of cards. Took too long to ship and only shipped after I sent an email asking to cancel my order because it was taking so long and absolutely no communication from the seller. It's amazing how the item shipped the very next day that I asked to cancel for a refund. I would love to send these things back but it would be a waste of time dealing with these people. $24.99 down the drain. Save yourself some grief and buy locally. I will from now on! I have to say, I returned the item and they did refund most of my money. Thanks !

Purchased the heat gun along with the connectors set. No directions on heat application, duration or how to determine if the connection is complete. Gave up on the heat gun and used a lighter. After a few attempts I figured out how to properly apply the heat for good connections. Once I figured it out I really like the connectors.
