SolderstickReviews of solderstick.com

I want to return products, as their ads say. I got a $40 heat gun that I did not order and can't use. Connectors appear cheap. Can't get instructions for return and refund.

I’ve used the product before and it is generally good if you heat it correctly, but the web site is horrible. When you go to checkout it bombards you with upgrades and additional items. You have to watch closely or they add expensive stuff you didn’t want. I fought my way through, reviewed my cart to make sure it was just what I wanted. Then I hit pay. Next day I get a receipt and shipping notice for twice the price I accepted. They switched my order from a 250 piece kit to a 500 piece kit and added their little heat gun I explicitly deselected multiple times during checkout. Either they intentionally changed it hoping I wouldn’t notice or they hid another little check box adding them when I paid. Either way it was not what wanted and they know it. Won’t do business with fraudulent companies like this again. They also show their website as US and list an US address. But as soon as you get a shipping notice you’ll see it comes from overseas. Another attempt to trick you into think you are buying from a us facility.

took a very long time for magnetic holders... I did receive them today THANK YOU

I wired my utility trailer using Solderstick connectors. Easy to use, didn't need three hands. Works great!

Was able to use product. Had some slippage with putting wires together. The center ring needs to be stiff when pinched. Heat gun worked out fine.

Quick shipping only item to comment on so far. The item is a Christmas gift so he hasn’t used it yet.

They do what I want.

Everything arrived well packaged, ahead of time and it all works. Very appreciative of good service
