Great Customer Service Experience!!!
There was a mistake with my original order. I received a silver ring instead of rose gold one. I contacted customer service… They immediately offered a solution to the problem. The customer service rep kept in contact with me the whole time from start to finish. I was offered a free replacement and was directed to keep the product I originally received to gift out to someone else… AMAZING!!! everything except the jewelry was good quality..
everything except the jewelry was very fancy and high quality. Came in beautiful packing and bubble wrap. Jewelry is just a cheap quality piece which is disappointing but you get what you pay for. I plan on staying a member for a bit to see what the other items are like quality wise. I also hate that all the pictures are AI.

Eco-Friendly Packaging: As an eco-conscious brand, we strictly use biodegradable paper padding for all our shipments. We absolutely never use plastic bubble wrap.

This is my second purchase with SolariiJewelry and I am here to say there is not one negative thing to say. I had a vision in my head for a custom ring. They brought that vision to life. They helped and guided me every step of the way. Were quick to respond to emails to answer questions I had or changes I wanted to make. And believe me I made a few changes and had several questions. Best customer service I have ever encountered. They were simply amazing, kind and patient. I would leave a 100 star rating if that was an option.
