UPDATE: I am changing my rate from 2 stars to 4. The company saw my review and soon after reached out. I received a second pair and they are doing just fine as of today! I'm giving it 4 stars because shipping takes forever overall. My sunglasses came in great! However, I’ve had them for just a month and the lenses look like they are peeling. Is there any warranty for that? I love my sunglasses but I hate that they are already peeling.

Shipping could be better and more transparent. I contacted Customer Service because I had not heard anything in three weeks. Customer Service was quick in responding and within minutes of contacting them, I received the email with my shipping information. The glasses were already shipped and en route - ended up arriving the same day I received word from Customer Service and the tracking number. Overall, my glasses are pretty great. They are light weight and don't smudge easily. They fit perfectly and are super comfortable to wear all day long. Despite the shipping and handling issues, I recommend Sojos glasses to anyone looking for a cool and functional eyewear upgrade!

UPDATE: I am revising my review from 2 stars to 4. Shortly after seeing my review the company contacted me, apologizing and offering a refund, which I accepted. They did also provide information that they tried to resend the glasses, but it must have been to another wrong address because they ended up in Perth Australia. I live in the United States!! I appreciate the communication and the refund, however the process was frustrating. ——————— First order the company sent to an incomplete address so the shipping company returned it. This should not have happened! Sojo said they would resend but never did. They did not refund, either. I had to place a second order for the same product and pay for rushed shipping to get it. So I paid more than double for an ok product. Will not be ordering from them again.

I paid for express shipping and it still took much longer to arrive so i wasted about $20… the glasses are cute

Difficulty with shipment but customer service was very helpful and got my glasses shortly after. Great design and fit and loved the case.
