I loved the frames but disliked how the lenses are messed up it seems like theirs a smudge but it's literally the way the prescription was done it's hard to see out of one of the lenses it's definitely defective and so disappointing as I Waited almost a month just to get them in 😩

Ordered some glasses and was left with no updates for 3 weeks. Contacted customer service only for them to tell me that the glasses I wanted were "sold out". They were still selling them on the website but apparently wouldn't ship outside of US. Asked if they would restock as I was willing to wait, but they kept going in circles and asking me to swap for a different one. I don't understand why they would sell glasses if they aren't going to ship them, and why I had to contact customer service when they knew they were out of stock. Edit: C/S have been in contact and were very helpful. They offered to send a different pair, or refund the order. The issue still stands but at least their C/S is responsive.

Glasses are too loose and don’t look like the picture online.

The glasses are pretty; however, glasses were to big for me. The customer service is good.

Frames were pretty close to what I expected but lenses came non prescription. While I was disappointed the order was wrong, the customer service was fantastic.

I didn't liked the quality

Customer service was amazing with getting back to me and they were very attentive to my concerns. I bought 3 pairs of glasses, received the wrong pair for one order, they worked on getting my correct order to me promptly. My 3rd order the glasses just weren’t as I expected it was the “pick me” pair and I purchased the green ones and they look black. It’s such a dark green, the color does not reflect the light green color it depicted in the advertisement of the pair.
