Sogro is garbage. You fill out a profile with the hashtags your audience would typically follow and brands using similar hashtags--the idea is that Sogro will target those users to bring you a larger audience of your ideal audience. NOPE. They only target people who use hashtags like #socialmedia #socialmediamarketing #instagram and totally disregard your profile. So, you end up getting followed by a lot of bots and accounts unrelated to your business. Save the money and AVOID. If you're a Sogro user currently I recommend that you go into your settings and check "Posts you've liked" so you can see how Sogro uses bots. Total waste of money.

We're very sorry you feel that way. It looks like we were never able to onboard you into our system as you were using a separate growth service at the same time as signing up for ours. This is not recommended and causes problems with us trying to get your on-boarded. Since we were never able to get you logged in it means you never actually received our services at all. Really a very bizarre company. Towards the end of our trial we asked for details of how effective the campaign had been (fairly standard to decide if to continue) and they could not tell us anything. All the would say is we have X new followers, but not how many of those were through their service as "they dont track it". When I asked how they could possibly unfollow those who don't follow back after two days if they don't track, there was no reply. They then said they can send stats on who they followed and comments liked for us, when I asked to see them they said as a general rule they don't send them? Just a very strange way to try and convince someone to stay with them. If you entire company is based on growing the social following of other companies, you need to be able to prove it and be transparent. I have no doubt they can do the job, but need to be way more forthcoming with the data.

Hi Stacey D. Thank you for your candid feedback and I apologize you didn't have a good experience with our trial. We are constantly looking for better ways to improve our service and customer support so reviews like this are very valuable to us. To explain a little better: Our service works on your behalf. That means that any new followings or likes that happen on your account after you sign up, including followings and likes you initiate, will all be tracked by our system. We can provide a list of all the new accounts that were followed or liked, but it would also include anyone you followed or liked in that time. So even with this list (which we should have provided you, I apologize about that) it's hard to determine exactly who's efforts your new followers came from. That's why our support stated that the trial's purpose is to see the accelerated growth for yourself in order to determine if our service is right for you. Unfortunately, in order for us to remain inside the Instagram Terms and Services and to protect your account there isn't another way to operate. Our #1 priority is our customers security and account protection, so we don't do anything that would be against the TOS Instagram outlines. I tried a year , only gain followers at the first 1-2 months then it dies nothing . I regard . I should have cancel it ASAP . Don’t be fooled .

Sogro have done NOTHING to grow my insta page yet I am charged for their services. I have requested a refund but no reply. Very disappointed in this company. Will not recommend to anyone.
