Never have I experienced a company like this I won £2000 and they were happy to take my money but, trying to get the winnings are something else. Day 1 they asked for 1 verification after 3 days they declined it with another verification required done that 3 days later they declined it again asking for another verification yesterday thats 3. Finally after the 2md request they paid me £250 and then the fun started again I tried to with draw again and guess what declined needed another verification sent documents waited 3 days only to be, yes declined waiting on another verification. The chat is no good they tell you nothing and are no help still waiting on my money after 2 and a bit weeks. Ridiculous, shocking company avoid at all costs. Not confident there won't be another request declined and another verification process requires short of sending them blood and urine I don't know

This company runs under heavybet27.com and allow you to feel a good win. Mine was 504 pounds. I tried to withdraw and would allow me to withdraw 500 but needed to provide a valid driving licence or passport, then a selfie with said ID. Then a utility bill.( must not be screen shot and then proof of deposit to bet heavy. I did all this to have this rejected with excuses like the evidence wasn't clear enough. They then gave me the 500 pounds back to play more and won 944 pounds in total. But would only allow me to withdraw 500 again. Frustrated I re submitted new ID etc and played silly bets with the 444 pounds without a single win on casino machines. Hmmm how things had changed I thought. 4 days later the 500 was back in my spending account and withdrawal rejected. So gave up and did the whole 500 in 30 seconds on casino big fish game without a single win AGAIN. Stay away. Total con. They draw you in and make a deposit with no intention of ever paying out winnings. Genuinely could pass passport control with a gun in my pocket easier than ever receive winnings trying to pass their verification process. AVOID

I won over £400 on this site. For 2 weeks they have been messing me around. First saying to verify my email which took a day and then to verify my identity… fair enough. 2 weeks and several live chats later and I’m still without my winnings. Withdrawal is pending and so is verification still.

I’ve been waiting four weeks for verification confirmation. They’re deliberately dragging their feet and making bullshit requests. I requested a withdrawal and have been waiting three weeks for my money. I won at the casino, but I’m having to wait ages to get paid. This casino is bullshit; I’ll wait a few more days, and if they don’t pay me, I’ll let everyone know here and spread the word everywhere that they’re scammers.
