Trouble with activation. Product activation failed. sent message to help. Email returned with email could not be found.

I am about to through my credit card to decline the order. I was not able to download the software and I have sent 2 messages, with no reply. Please advise on how to download, I will be forced to get my money back trough American Express.

I had great difficulty in downloading the software and then in installing the software. There is no working phone number and no email support. You don't respond to emails. I tried 10 times to download the software, trying over 2 days. The download was corrupted and then it would not get through Windows Defender; I had to turn it off each time. I wrote back to you and wanted a refund because I was so FRUSTRATED. It has been a horrible experience. I finally to it to install after the 10th attempt but this whole experience was exasperating and I will never recommend you to anyone. I have yet to install the software on a second computer and will see what experience I have. DISGUSTED CUSTOMER!!!

I would recommend staying away from this website and company. They look incredibly legitimate but there are a number of red flags once you dig into them. Their phone number listed on the website rings about 4 to 5 times and then just disconnects; no voicemail, no auto-attendant, it just hangs up on you. Their chat says "no agents are available" and this is during their normal business hours. Not "all agents are busy" as you would expect. I did receive an email with a download link, but the link was invalid and just gave me the option to "keep shopping". All things considered, buyer beware on this one. Stay away unless you want to lose money or have to dispute charges with your card holder company.

Site is a scam. Phone # does not work. Emailed customer service with no response. Sent me a link to activate product that does nothing other than ask for the non existent product key. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDSTER. Fortunately will get my money back from AMEX.

I bought an Adobe Acrobat X Pro for Windows in January 2023, and I had to uninstall it because it was taking 64 mb of memory! I've been trying to contact them to get another Serial Number Key to reinstall it and they will not respond to my repeated email. And the phone numbers listed on their website do not seem to work either.
