I ordered an electronic Adobe license and I still hadn't received it over a week later so I canceled the order

Never sent product code. Phone number doesnt work. No response to support request. APpears to be a scaml.

Scam, never delivered software activation code. Product is unusable. All company phone numbers are deactivated. They never answered any email. The company is a front for a scam. I got nothing for my money.

I clicked on the installation link after my purchase and it did not work. I then called the phone number and a recording said it was not a working number. Then I went to the online chat, that said it had immediate responses, and typed in my issue (I couldn't get the software downloaded). They did not respond. So, I canceled my purchase with my credit card company. If this company is not a scam, they have a terrible service.

Softwarehubs.com is a scam. 04/05 They accepted payment for a digital download and only provided a link to the website for the product. They provided no activation code. They never replied to my 04/05 emails for assistance with the order. Their phone number posted on their website does not work. Requesting assistance through their website on 04/05 and repeatedly after that produced no reply. During one chat on 04/18, I believe I spoke with a live agent and was told that my request would be checked and I would receive a reply. However, I did not receive a reply after waiting 2 business days. Stay away from this sight. They are phishing for information and have no intention of offering a real service or product. **Please beware of any positive reviews as they are likely provided by individuals employed by the company**

I gave a one star review because zero was not an option. I have not been able to download the Office Suite and have reached out several times for help. The REDEEM AND DOWNLOAD link that was on my receipt took me to a sales page trying to sell more product with nothing about downloading what I had purchased. Several emails sent to you asking for help went unanswered, so basically you have my money and I have nothing.

This website is a scam, paid, and never received a download or serial. Have had to file a charge back to get my money returned, they do not answer their emails or phones.

Could only download an .iso file. Could not install software from it. No response from Help. Desire a full refund.
