Ordered Adobe software and received a verification code that didn’t work. Have emailed several times—to Orders and Help addresses…..no response. Tried to call—phone disconnected.

Ordered Office home 2024 from Softwarehubs.com on Thursday. Both the email link and the download now link on their website were invalid. I have sent multiple emails and now have been chatting with someone for an hour. I received ZERO response from the techsupport email. I've received minimal response on the techsupport chat. This place is a toatl scam. Ignore the 5 or 4 star reviews those are fake. The 1 star reviews are legit. AVOID THIS SCAM. Credit card dispute here I come.

Ordered MS365 family and was immediately sent a link for the key. Unfortunately, the link is to a non-functional web page. 1) On the website, they list two different phone numbers and neither one works 2) Sent an email to the help contact - no reply 3) Sent the online form - no reply Had to file a dispute with my credit card.
