Bought the one time payment for MS…
Bought the one time payment for MS Office (my 2nd time as the first worked perfectly as well); it was an easy transaction, easy installation and works perfectly. I should add, they had me a bit nervous for most of the day because the download link didn’t work for about 9 hrs, and they didn’t respond immediately to my attempts to contact them (neither via chat, email or phone) so I was nervous but by late evening they had responded and supposedly gave me an upgraded version of the program.

It was simple and painless and I Got more than expected.
It was simple and painless. Some of the negative reviews gave me pause, but I think many people have problems following directions: to apply the Activation Key, you have to follow the simple steps listed. There was a delay in getting the Activation Key immediately and when I inquired, they apologized and gave me not only an Activation Key but an upgrade right away.

Had a small problem early on
Had a small problem early on, but they responded GENEROUSLY and IMMEDIATELY! They sent me a different download procedure that worked like a champ! I'm very happy!
