Ordered online. Paid. Email confirmation received with no activation code or license number. No reply to my emails or phone calls, so $360 spent for nothing!

Scam website. Purchased Microsoft Word 2019. Got an email confirmation and got charged. Never got the code to activate product. Called customer service, no response. Emailed customer service, no response. Had to call my bank and reverse charges. I thought I did my due diligence and check reviews. Not sure if the other review website are legit. Stay away from this website. I will stick to name brand website when needing to buy software.

Total bogus company. I bought Adobe Acrobat and it worked for couple of weeks and then I found out that it is a bogus code that they sent. Adobe would not accept the code when I called adobe and they said it is not genuine code and fake and i could not use it. I called and wrote to the copmpany multiple times with no response. I WOULD NEVBER EVER BUY FROM THEM. TOTALLY BOGUS COMPANY.

SCAMMED ME me sold me a microsoft code that doesnt work im pissed stick to your guns if the price to good to be true its becuase it isnt im reporting these guys to the FBI

Ordered a product that did not have the functionality I needed. I cannot get anyone to respond to calls, emails or chats regarding the issue.

I bought QB desktop. They sent me an email with a link to download but not a license number. I sent several emails as their original email suggested to get help with installation but they never responded. Similar to messages I left to both numbers listed in their website. Most likely a non existing company STAY AWAY

Stay Away!!! I thought I was purchasing MS Office Professional 2021. Twenty-fours later I had to request help as I never received the download instructions and product key. When I finally received it, I followed the instructions of uninstalling my version of Office 2016. Although I was able to download Office 2021, when I tried to activate my license, Microsoft stopped me and indicated the license was already installed. Softwarehubs has been UNRESPONSIVE in trying to resolve my issue and now I have to research how to download and install my old version of Office 2016.

I purchased software and never received my product.
