First, they didn't send the code required to download. After a week, they sent it. The download had a virus that cost me $100 to have fixed. The Tech advised against EVER buying from SOFTWAREHUBS!

The program never installed, inemsolrd customer service and no response. I do not recommend this seller.

Paid for a software 10 days ago. Never recieve this. I try many times to be in contact. No answer.

Sold me codes that Adobe turned off two months later. Promised replacement codes and still don't have them after multiple follow ups.

I wish I had checked on Trustpilot and read all the negative reviews before using this company. This company's website looks so professional and came high up on google searches for the software I wanted to purchase (Snagit). Regrettably it is a scam. They send you an email receipt and that is it. No License key. Nothing. And they do not respond to messages. Avoid this company. Fortunately, Amex have reversed the transaction.

This company is a complete scam. One tries to verify before buying software online but some verified companies cannot be trusted. As stated by other reviewers, I wish to send these reviews beforehand. Now will have to call the credit card company to remove the charge.

This is a scam. Thought I had bought Adobe Photoshop after a fake review of the company. Now find they are not licenced resellers. Several emails from alleged 'Customer service' but links don't work and 'serial number' not recognised by Adobe. No fool like an old fool....

I I tried to call the company and email them to see if the product I wanted from them would suit my purposes. It seems like it would but then it did not. I have asked to return the product a number of times. I have asked by email and by phone. They always say they will get back to you very quickly on their outgoing message, but after two weeks I have yet to hear from them. I may have just wasted $200 on a product that I didn’t need to.
