Can get a hold of customer service, the software codes do not work. They are invalid.

I purchased, or so I thought I was purchasing, Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus; however, when trying to register the product code with Microsoft, they said it was not a valid license and would not install the product. I emailed software hubs support team to see if they gave me the wrong product key, but no response. I will never purchase anything from software hubs again and recommend you look elsewhere too.

No real customer service representative to pick up my call. And when I purchased the Microsoft Office 2021 Professional, it said it includes Team. When I installed it, it does not show. After couple of day, Team show up. And I do not know where to find it.

Company doesn’t exist. Web site is gone.

Office 2021 code did not work. Tried calling company, no one answered. Wrote many times no response.

Ordered office21 and after 3 days still haven’t received the download link or activation code. Chat, phone, and email all unanswered. Going to dispute the charges my credit card

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro (one-time purchase) for $199. Several months later, I can't use it - a recurring popup asks for serial number & the one provided by Software Hubs is deemed invalid. No response to email and no way to get in touch with a real human being at Software Hubs.

I purchased a program online. The download link was for the "free trial" which is what is available to everyone BEFORE they purchase the program. The phone number on their website is a dead end and repeated emails were ignored. Had to go to my bank to cancel the transaction. IMO, they're scammers and not legit.
