A good choice
I'm not particularly knowledgeable about computer related matters, but I found it easy to order and download this product. I had a few moments of confusion till I figured out where to locate the downloaded Office 2021 on my computer, but after looking around on my computer I located all of the purchased components.

Software works!
I was able to install the software without any issues, great instructions on removing previous versions on computer, downloading new program, and installation. Will buy a second copy for another computer in household.

Trustworthy company
When ordering software from this company I made a mistake. Their email customer service was prompt and efficient and they went out of their way to help me correct my error. It was my mistake and they absolutely did not have to. I trust this company and recommend ordering from them.
