When I entered the product key provided I was notified that the key was already used or exceeded ro number of time allowed.

Never received activation code for product purchased. Sent several emails with no response.

Had trouble with the install. Got very little help from your technical team and eventually they stopped responding altogether even after numerous requests over 2 days. Finally had to get help from a local tech support group to complete the install

I Purchased Office professional 2021, process was easy and received key via email. When trying to register key was not recognised by Microsoft so raised this to the support team. They provided me instructions which still didn’t work and then I have been chasing them weekly and they have stopped responding to my emails. I also have Requested refund but not getting any response from them

I prefer to give it zero stars. I ordered Adobe Acrobat for Windows but received Adobe Acrobat for Mac. After numerous emails - their only response - after explaining it over and over again - was that I ordered MAC. Why would I do that when I ordered Microsoft office for Windows at the same time?…..this is useless and I will be filing for a refund with my credit card.

Per Adobe customer support, SOFTWAREHUBS sold me a stolen software license to Adobe Acrobat. SOFTWAREHUBS is unresponsive.
