Download was unsuccessful, support was non supportive.

I received no instructions on how to load or launch MS365 and can't get it to work

Never delivered a working download code. Never answered a phonecalls, messages, chats, or emails. Had to go to my credit card to get my money back.

Too late and does not work

I don't have the email to download Microsoft Office or the product key AND I've sent several emails and messages over the phone and still have not heard back from anyone. I purchased this software in July and just recently purchased a new computer and I am unable to use the software I purchased from this company. I am really angry and I lost that money to this company which leads me to feel they are fake!!!!

Never got the Access Code. Can't get a hold of anyone at your org. your help email bounces back. No one answers the phone. I am going to dispute the credit card charge and flag you as fraudulent

I tried to purchase office 2021. My transaction went through, and they sent me a code that has already been used. When confronted, they stated just try to use the phone way. This company is not what they say, no way they are in WY, as they answered my emails 4am WY time. Save yourself and your credit card company time and stay away from this scam
