Thank you for your feedback. Software Advice's advisors do not make subjective or opinion-based recommendations. We match buyers with vendors based on 1) the application needs and budget of the buyer and 2) the criteria vendors have specified for us. We do our best to accommodate buyers who request specific products and provide them with the contact information whenever possible. While the anonymity feature does not exist (yet) on SoftwareAdvice, you can submit an anonymous review through our sister site, Capterra, which will be displayed on Software Advice. We plan to offer the anonymous feature directly on Software Advice in the near future. Furthermore, the reviews team operates independently from our sales and marketing teams, allowing a fair and unbiased validation of reviews to take place independent of any client status. Software Advice does not condone, and has a zero tolerance policy for, any threats or bullying of our reviewers. Vendors who are found to have engaged in harassment of reviewers will be put on watch and subject to penalties.
